On top of 1:1 sessions, clinics, and personalized plans, we also offer video courses. Using Patreon our founder, Mary, is able to share her experiences and knowledge with you. There are different levels for accessing the videos, and they range from 10-20 minutes each to cover a variety of topics that are listed below (and updated with new posts). Journals are also our jam. Journaling about training sessions is incredibly important not only for learning more about yourself (and shooting) but also for confidence building, goal planning, and general improvement. Mary has created various versions of training journals for all levels and some that are not even shooting specific.
